使用 VOID GACHA（「本服務」， https://void-gacha.com/） 即表示您同意遵守本服務條款。若不同意，請停止使用本服務。

本條款適用於所有訪客、註冊用戶，以及購買虛擬貨幣或使用遊戲功能的玩家。

服務說明

VOID GACHA 為獨立開發的網頁虛擬集換式卡牌（TCG）與抽卡（Gacha）遊戲， 包含召喚、收藏、商店購買、社群互動等功能，純屬娛樂用途。

虛擬商品與貨幣

遊戲內的金幣、銀幣、點數、卡牌、道具等均為虛擬商品， 不具備現實世界的貨幣價值，亦不可兌換法定貨幣。

  • 虛擬貨幣與道具不得兌換現金或任何現實商品／服務。
  • 虛擬商品僅授權您在本服務內使用，不代表實體財產所有權。
  • 營運方不保證任何特定稀有度、抽卡結果或投資回報。
  • 禁止在官方平台以外進行帳號、虛擬貨幣或道具的私下現金交易。

帳號責任

您需自行保管遊戲帳號與密碼，不得與他人共享或允許未授權存取。

  • 帳號下的一切活動由您自行負責。
  • 不得使用外掛、漏洞、惡意刷取或其他破壞公平性的行為。
  • 若懷疑帳號遭盜用，請立即聯繫 rainynightfrog@gmail.com。

違反本條款者，營運方有權暫停、限制或永久封禁帳號。

購買與退款

付費購買虛擬貨幣及遊戲道具，適用 退款政策。 虛擬商品一經匯入帳戶或於遊戲中使用，即視為服務已交付，原則上不予退款。

服務變更

營運方得因維護、測試或營運需要，隨時更新、調整、暫停或終止部分功能， 包括但不限於數值平衡、抽卡機率及遊戲內容，恕不另行通知。

責任限制

本服務依「現況」提供。因技術維護、伺服器問題、網路連線、瀏覽器相容、 裝置故障或不可抗力導致服務暫停、資料遺失或進度損失， 營運方在法律允許範圍內不承擔後續損失或賠償責任。

使用者行為

您同意不得：騷擾或詐騙其他玩家；散布違法、侵權或仇恨內容； 逆向工程或干擾本服務及付款系統；違反適用法律或第三方平台規範。

未成年人

未滿 13 歲須在法定監護人同意與陪同下使用；13–17 歲進行消費時應取得監護人知悉。

條款修訂

本條款可能不定期更新，重大變更將於本頁公布。繼續使用即視為接受修訂內容。

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VOID GACHA (the “Service”) at https://void-gacha.com/, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone who purchases virtual currency or uses in-game features.

Description of Service

VOID GACHA is an independent browser-based virtual collectible card game (TCG) and gacha experience, including summoning, collection, shop purchases, and community features — for entertainment only.

Virtual Items & Currency

All in-game assets — including gold coins, silver coins, points, cards, items, and other virtual goods — are digital products with no real-world monetary value.

  • Virtual currency and items cannot be exchanged for cash or real-world goods or services.
  • Virtual items are licensed for use within the Service only.
  • We do not guarantee any specific rarity, outcome, or investment return.
  • Private cash trading of accounts, currency, or items outside the Service is strictly prohibited.

Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not share your account with others.

  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • Do not use exploits, bots, cheats, or any unfair-play methods.

We may suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Purchases & Refunds

Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. Virtual goods are non-refundable once credited or used in the Service.

Service Changes & Availability

We may update, balance, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is.” If the Service is unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, network failures, or force majeure, we are not liable for resulting loss of virtual items, progress, or access time.

User Conduct

You agree not to harass or defraud others, distribute illegal content, disrupt the Service, or violate applicable laws.

Minors

Users under 13 must not use the Service without guardian consent and supervision.
